PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED FINANCING BY THE MANOR TOWNSHIP VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Manor Township Volunteer Fire Company located in McGrann, Pennsylvania (the issuer), will allow for public comment on June 24, 2025, at 7:30pm, via the following phone number: 724-763-1981, for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal the issuer enter into an agreement to finance certain equipment. The equipment to be financed consists of One (1) Refurbishment of a used KME Quint 75' Ladder Truck, cross collateralized with lease # 61522 for a 2013 Rosenbauer Rescue Pumper Truck, VIN # 1FVACYBS8DHFA3620 and will be maintained at the fire station in McGrann, Pennsylvania.

To finance the costs of such equipment and to pay the costs and expenses incidental to financing, the issuer proposes to enter into a loan agreement with a maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $315,000.00. The issuer will be required to pay all taxes on the equipment. The rental payments to the loan agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment.

All persons interested may phone in and be heard at hte said time and place or may file written comments with the Manor Township Volunteer Fire Company prioer to the date of the hearing set forth heretofore.
